The Bike Cave teaches people how to fix bikes and sells bikes. It has plenty of tools to do the work. It's important because fixing bikes keeps them on the road, and if someone gets a flat, they'll know how to fix it. We should have bike caves in neighborhoods across Pittsburgh.
