This My Nature Outing project inquires into questions surrounding sustainable design and examines local efforts at the University of Pittburgh. My Nature Outing is sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh's John C. Mascaro Center for Sustainable Engineering and the Office of the Provost's Year of Data and Society.

Bike infrastructure consists of bikelanes, bike shops, and bike trails.
My favorite sustainable design is Thrifsburgh. It helps people who can't go to the mall to shop or to other stores,instead they can to the Thrifsburgh. Thrifsburgh is inportant because it sells cheap effordable clothes. We should expand the Thrifsfsburgh to other locations because it will help people who don't have enough money or can't get to their local mall to get clothes.

Food pantry works by giving away food and higyne products. Food pantry is inportant beacause it helps people in need of food. We should expand Food pantry to other locations because it will help people in other locations have enough food.
Pollinator garden is inportant because it helps bees survive. We should expand Pollinator gardens because it really helps bees and because 40% of invertebrate pollintor speices currently face extinction.
Bike cave helps people who break their bike. The people can bring their bike in and learn how to fix it. We should expand bike cave to more locations becuase it let's people fix and repair their bike for free.
