This My Nature Outing project inquires into questions surrounding sustainable design and examines local efforts at the University of Pittburgh. My Nature Outing is sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh's John C. Mascaro Center for Sustainable Engineering and the Office of the Provost's Year of Data and Society.
What is sustainable design? What does it do? How does it work? Why is it important? What should we do next? (Can we improve it or scale it up?)

This is a bike cave on Pitt Campus!
Aaa food pantry gives people free food so that they don't have to go out and buy it.
My favorite sustainable design activity is thriftsburgh,it collects clothing that people don't want or are donating to these thrift stores! We could expand this by making mmore of these storess,so people don't have all of their clothes they do not want laying around their house. >
